Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically strong professional to join our Financial Restructuring team in Madrid.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of complex financial advisory, supporting clients through some of the most challenging restructuring situations across Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of financial restructuring transactions, including in- and out-of-court processes, distressed M&A, and special situations advisory.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including valuation, liquidity forecasting, capital structure modelling, and scenario planning.
  • Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, and internal committee documents.
  • Collaborate closely with senior bankers, legal advisors, and other stakeholders across jurisdictions.
  • Participate in due diligence processes and contribute to strategic discussions with clients.

Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of experience in investment banking, restructuring advisory, leveraged finance, or a related field.
  • Strong technical skills in financial modelling and valuation.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • A proactive mindset with a strong interest in distressed and special situations.
