Program Manager Tech

Claire Joster Executive is looking for a Program Manager for a leading multinational company specialised in technology solutions and software development for different industries.

We are looking for a person with extensive experience in similar positions in technological environments and also with wide experience in project management in complex environments as well as in stakeholder management.

The selected person will have a dual purpose and focus in the role :

1. GTM Transformation Management - leading the successful execution of strategic and operational initiatives aimed at improving company go-to-market (GTM) performance and operational excellence.

2. GTM Business Support - supporting the CRO in managing the rhythm of business, executive communications, leadership meetings, and cross-functional coordination across Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR, Product, and Technology.

Key Responsibilities :

Act as the program lead for all the GTM transformation initiatives

Own the project lifecycle : scoping of global requirements, stakeholder alignment, resourcing, workstream execution coordination & guidance, risk mitigation / issue escalation, communication plans with reporting on progress and outcomes.

Focused on operational efficiency, GTM execution, and revenue performance.

Develop and implement change management strategies

Project Management

Establish fluid relationships with key stakeholders and key departments in the company ( marketing, sales, HR, product, tech etc....).

Track key decisions, drive follow-ups, and ensure alignment and accountability across leadership stakeholders.

Serve as a cross-functional connector

Proactively mobilise and partner with HR, Sales, Marketing, Product, Tech, and other global and regional teams to ensure cohesive planning, execution, and communication of GTM Transformation initiatives

Anticipate information needs and proactively surface insights or issues to the CRO and leadership team.

Help create a transparent, high-trust environment by facilitating clear communication and ensuring alignment on key goals and outcomes.

Requirements :

7–10+ years of experience in program management, transformation, business operations, or consulting roles, ideally in high-growth B2B SaaS or Tech environments.

Extensive experience in project management / Excellent project management skills

Extensive experience in a technology company

Excellent communication skills & interpersonal skills

Wide experience preparing executive presentations and facilitating leadership meetings.

Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Confluence, Slack, Google Workspace, and Dynamics.

Certification in project or change management is a plus.

Spanish & English fluent
