We are looking for a Conversion Optimization Specialist for January 2026!
You’ll be the person in charge of following and increasing the Online Conversion Rate of every customer touchpoints (Desktop / Mobile / App).
Here are the responsibilities you’ll handle inside your scope :
- Implement and set up the right tooling to achieve our goals.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve conversion rates across digital platforms.
- Analyze user behavior, website performance, and marketing funnel data to identify optimization opportunities.
- Conduct A / B testing, multivariate testing, and user experience research to drive informed decision-making.
- Utilize data analytics tools to track performance and report on key CRO metrics.
- Stay ahead of industry trends (AI) and best practices in conversion optimization.
- Ensure a great collaboration with tech, design & data to guarantee a high velocity
In addition to this, you’ll make sure the platform is in a good shape, and improving it to help the company reach its objectives.
