We’re seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Madrid !
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain key partnerships for long-term customer success.
- Create strategic customer development plans in collaboration with sales and other departments.
- Drive new projects through an omnichannel approach, offering expert consulting.
- Expand the customer base and represent KAISER+KRAFT at trade fairs.
- Monitor and optimize sales performance using KPI analysis.
- Lead contract negotiations and implement eProcurement solutions.
- Maintain accurate customer records for seamless stakeholder management.
Professional Requirements
Key Account Management expertise with a proven track record.Strong relationship-building skills across all organizational levels.Sales experience with a customer-focused, solution-driven approach.Technical proficiency in planning documents and equipment specifications.Highly organized, ambitious, and success-oriented team player.Class B driving license with a strong willingness to travel.Spanish native speaker with advanced English proficiency preferred.Why Join Us?
