Job Description :

About the Graduate Program :

Our Graduate Program offers a 24-month professional experience in a real and challenging environment. During this program :

You will work in a real position on a project with a direct business impact.

You will receive guidance and support from experienced professionals who will mentor your development.

You will follow a specific Training & Development Pathway :

1st Year : Acquisition of technical knowledge and its initial implementation.

2nd Year : Practical application of the acquired knowledge.

Tasks and Responsibilities :

Demand planning and forecasting

Production & delivery planning and programming

Receiving and processing sales orders

Communicating with customers regarding demand, orders, call-offs, stock, and delivery status

Coordinating shipments and transfers

Monitoring inventory levels and replenishment

Handling customer complaints and inquiries

Managing Customer SLAs

Reporting on service and performance KPIs

Main Requirements :

Academic Qualification / Other Training :

Mandatory : University Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering

Optional : Supply Chain / Logistics Master Degree

Language Skills : High proficiency in written and spoken English (C1); Polish and / or German is a plus.
