IT Problem Manager We are seeking a skilled IT professional to manage incident, problem and change management processes in our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to handle high-pressure situations and escalate effectively.
Responsibilities Manage critical IT incidents, problems and changes in large infrastructures.
Develop and implement effective incident, problem and change management processes.
Cordinate and communicate with internal teams and business stakeholders during incidents.
Produce and deliver incident / problem / change reports regularly to IT Management.
Required Skills and Qualifications Experience in managing IT incident, problem and change management processes.
Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and ITSM best practices.
Excellent coordination and communication skills with internal teams and business stakeholders.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and escalate effectively.
Fluent in English (B2 / C1), both written and spoken.
