Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Procurement Manager to lead our procurement function and team. This role is key in driving supplier performance, optimizing cost-efficiency, and supporting cross-functional collaboration with departments such as R&D, Marketing, Manufacturing, and Supplier Quality.

You will develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives, drive continuous improvement across the supply base, and lead a team of procurement professionals. You’ll also play a critical role in supplier relationship management, contract negotiation, and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Procurement Leads and Specialists
• Define and implement procurement strategies and KPIs aligned with corporate goals
• Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships and performance metrics
• Negotiate supply and quality agreements in line with business needs
• Monitor and manage supplier performance, including corrective action planning
• Collaborate with R&D and Marketing to support new product development and time-to-market objectives
• Drive savings initiatives and ensure alignment with profit plan and operational targets
• Ensure accurate SAP purchasing parameters and promote process simplification
• Lead departmental planning, performance reviews, and compliance with HR policies
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts and supply disruptions
• Support digital transformation of procurement processes through IT collaboration
