detailed engineering, construction management, commissioning management, operational management.Key responsibilities- Lead and oversee all engineering phases from design to commissioning, ensuring successful project delivery.- Drive business growth by managing key local and national accounts.- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver engineering packages on time and within budget.- Review and approve technical documentation, maintaining high quality standards.- Lead vendor evaluations and procurement processes.- Provide on-site technical support during construction and commissioning.- Prepare progress reports, risk assessments, and manage change documentation.- Build and mentor a skilled team of engineers and trainees.- This role offers the opportunity to lead impactful projects, grow professionally, and shape the future of Data Center infrastructure.Requirements- Master's degree in engineering : civil engineer, Architect, electrical engineering / mechanical engineering / electromechanical engineering- 10 years of relevant experience with industrial projects, 5 to 7 years of which at critical locations such as data centers, hospitals, military facilities, complex industrial projects.- Strong interest in data centers, sustainability and water treatment and their specific cooling facilities (chiller, loops, DFU, DX, containment, etc.), resilient power (generators, switch cabinets, UPS, distribution) and / or electronics.- Very good knowledge of English. Knowledge of Spanish or and French is an asset.- Very good knowledge of English and French / Dutch. Knowledge of Spanish is an asset.- Experience with European projects and a good knowledge of standards and certificates.- Ability to work independently, as well as strong team and communication skills.- Flexibility, proactivity and ownership are key for this position, as well as business development orientation.- Project management tools expertise (MS Project, Naviswork, BIM 360).
