Main responsibilities include :
- Leading and effectively managing a Human Resources team of five professionals
- Representing the organization on all HR-related matters, internally and externally
- Partnering with business leaders to drive fair and strategic decision-making across the region
- Implementing HR projects centered on engagement, benefits, and company culture
- Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and internal policies
- Managing complex employee relations and performance issues
- Overseeing HR documentation, audits, and regulatory reporting
To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone with :
