Inside Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

• Qualify customer requests for quotation to ensure that a quote will meet the customers' application and operational needs.
• Ensure all proposals are technically accurate, commercially verified and delivered on time, offering the best all-around solution.
• Provide advice on technical solutions and solve customers’ enquiries.
• Follow-up quotations with customers, and connect with manufacturing locations for queries about lead-time, specials, etc.
• Attend technical and commercial trainings to maintain a high level of product and process knowledge.
