Global Hcm Demo Analyst

Job Description :

The primary role of the Global HCM Demonstration Analyst is to manage the development, deployment, and maintenance of demonstration environments and strategies. The role requires collaboration with sales, product management, product marketing, and other stakeholders to assess the impact and plan of the demonstration environment. Focus areas include storytelling through the user’s journey, supported by demo personas, documenting processes, providing "how-to" guides and training to the SC community, and communicating the status of the demonstration environment to the field.

Responsibilities include ensuring sales effectiveness by incorporating feedback from the sales field, coordinating with technical teams for updates aligned with production releases, and maintaining demo assets. The role also involves ensuring compliance with legislative updates, participating in operational meetings, and designing demo scenarios aligned with legislative changes for ADP GlobalView.

Additional duties include reviewing product release documentation, maintaining a consistent demo data set, performing quality assurance on demos, preparing documentation, managing feedback, developing demonstration scripts that highlight marketing messages and value propositions, and supporting issue resolution and updates to the demo site.

• Requirements :
• Experience with ADP GlobalView is highly recommended. General payroll knowledge in countries such as CA, US, MX, UK, FR, DE, NL, CN, and AU is desirable but not mandatory. Locations : Barcelona, Spain / Prague.
