We are seeking a Senior Data Platform Engineer to lead the design, development and maintenance of a robust and scalable data platform.

About the Role

This role requires strong technical expertise in Python for data transformation and validation, as well as experience handling large structured and unstructured datasets.

Key Responsibilities

Data Platform Development :
Lead the development and maintenance of a robust and scalable data platform.
Data Insights :
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver actionable insights from diverse data sources.
Emerging Technologies :
Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to enhance data infrastructure.
Data Governance :
Establish and uphold data governance standards to ensure quality and compliance.

Requirements

Technical Skills :

Strong proficiency in Python for data transformation and validation.

Expertise in SQL and experience handling large structured and unstructured datasets.

Solid understanding of data modelling techniques (e.g. dimensional modelling, slowly changing dimensions).

Proven experience with data warehousing, data lakes, and cloud platforms (GCP preferred – BigQuery, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions).

Languages :

Fluency in English (Spanish is a bonus).
