Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end digital transformation projects for different industries (retail, travel, financial services, etc.) from a non-traditional consulting perspective.
• Help develop end-to-end digital transformation projects.
• Identify problems and formulate hypotheses leveraging resources and know-how from VML The Cocktail.
• Articulate conclusions in executive documents.
• Apply experience in operational models and change management projects, with a strong ability to assess, implement, and optimize strategies for organizational transformation.
• Participate in dynamics and workshops to involve clients in VML The Cocktail's creative and solution process.
• Immerse yourself in the day-to-day activities of clients to understand culture, organization and processes and draw valuable conclusions.
• Work in multidisciplinary teams with UX, UI, Brand, Data, Technology teams for the implementation of new products and services.
• Identify client needs that may lead to new business proposals.
