They are a recognized leader in the mobile app monetization space and are now looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join their team in Barcelona (hybrid model).In this role, you will play a key part in building and scaling a high-performance Demand Side Platform (DSP) infrastructure. You’ll work across both backend and frontend components, developing automation systems and data-driven tools that power advanced advertising technologies.Main ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement business process automations for campaign optimization, bid management, and reporting workflows.Maintain and enhance an existing Python-based UI, including developing new features as business needs evolve.Build and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to automate analytics and business intelligence tasks.Develop automated monitoring and alerting systems for campaign performance and system health.Create workflow orchestration for complex multi-step business processes such as bidding strategies and budget allocation.Integrate third-party services and APIs to enable business process automation.Core Skills / Experience5+ years of full-stack development experience with solid frontend capabilities.Proven experience in analytics and automated reporting systems.Knowledge in maintaining and improving frontend applications (React, Vue, or similar).Strong experience working with REST or GraphQL APIs, webhooks, and external integrations.Background in automating complex business workflows.Hands-on experience with data processing frameworks such as Apache Beam, Airflow, or Dagster.Excellent Python skills for scripting, data processing, and automation tasks.Strong English communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.Willingness to relocate to Barcelona and work in a hybrid setup.What's on offerThe opportunity to work with a world-class team of DSP and mobile marketing experts.Accelerated career growth and high ownership from day one.A collaborative, transparent, and innovation-driven environment.A chance to contribute to a product-led company that is defining the future of mobile growth and programmatic media.Our recruitment process Step 1 : Initial Interview with Our RecruiterStep 2 : Interview with our client's HR ManagerStep 3 : Interview with our client's HM Manager
