Responsibilities

Developing and Implementing Quality Management Systems : Create and maintain effective quality management processes that meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Leading Quality Teams : Foster a collaborative environment and provide guidance to the quality team to ensure seamless execution of quality objectives.

Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams : Work closely with procurement, supply chain, and design control teams to ensure quality excellence throughout the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)

Proven experience in quality management roles with a focus on continuous improvement and team leadership

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
