Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough RFQ studies and solution optimization for customers.

Provide technical support to all TBEA customers – distributors, installers, EPCs.

Prioritize customer satisfaction through proactive pre-sales advice and solutions.

Gather competitor information and conduct benchmark studies to enhance product offerings.

Collaborate with HQ technical teams to provide insights on product development and optimization.

Attend customer meetings, seminars, trade fairs, exhibitions, and events to foster business opportunities.

Requirements

Engineer, physicist, or similar technical degree.

Proven experience in photovoltaics, storage, or / and power electronics.

Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude.

Excellent team player able to coordinate with other departments.

Customer-oriented professional with excellent communication skills.

Fluent in English; Spanish fluency required. Portuguese language proficiency is an asset.
