We are currently looking for an experienced professional to fill the position of IS Security and Infrastructure Engineer .
Position Scope
The IS Security and Infrastructure Engineer ensures the security, availability, and performance of the company’s IT infrastructure. This role combines hands-on technical work with project coordination, security policy implementation, and team guidance, supporting business continuity and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor, administer, and maintain IS systems and infrastructure.
Provide 1st and 2nd level user support (Windows, Office, Outlook, Hardware, etc.).
Manage server patching, backups, and incident resolution.
Develop, implement, and monitor IT security policies, ensuring compliance with ISO 27001.
Conduct vulnerability management and security event monitoring.
Plan and coordinate infrastructure and security projects.
Maintain technical documentation and provide training when needed.
Manage vendor relationships and prepare specifications for new requirements.
Core Qualifications
University Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in infrastructure administration and maintenance.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Strong knowledge of MS Windows Servers, Active Directory, Exchange, O365 / Azure, VMware / Hyper-V, SQL Server, Microsoft Security tools (Defender, SCCM, SCOM, Intune, BitLocker, Purview DLP), Backup solutions and Cisco Telephony (CUCM)
Preferred : Microsoft 365 / Azure Certifications, ITIL knowledge, PMP certification, experience in regulated industries.
Experience with ISO 27001, security audits, and incident response.
Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and coordinate a team.
