Spanish fluency is required as part of this role.✍️WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?✍️- +5 years of experience as a UX / UI Designer.- Proven experience in the banking sector.- Strong proficiency with Figma and Adobe Suite for design and prototyping.- Experience working with design systems.- Solid knowledge of Web and App (Web APP) design.- Advanced proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken) and fluent English.- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?- Develop and maintain high-quality user interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma and Adobe tools.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.- Design, optimize, and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and scalability.- Work closely with stakeholders in the banking sector to understand user needs and business requirements.- Participate in user research, prototyping, and usability testing.- Stay current with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in UX / UI design.- Work in a hybrid model from Madrid, attending the office twice a week.
