Executive Assistant Office Manager

About our company :

We are a dynamic organization specializing in textile and leather manufacturing. Our operations span Europe, Turkey, and Morocco.

Our mission is to establish a new commercial hub in Madrid to strengthen our global presence.

Key responsibilities include managing the setup of our Madrid office : premises, IT, communications, vendors, and service providers.

Ensure compliance with insurance, facility, and supply needs, maintain office procedures, databases, and day-to-day operations.

HR & People Support :

Organize onboarding for new employees, especially international hires.

Support recruitment and HR processes in collaboration with headquarters.

Facilitate IT / telecom setup and act as a link between management and employees.

Help build a collaborative, positive office culture through team events and routines.

Executive Support :

Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for management.

Provide additional administrative and coordination support as needed.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Administration.
  • 4+ years' experience as Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or HR Coordinator.
  • Experience setting up a new office in Madrid is highly valued.
  • Proficient in MS Office, document management, and AI productivity tools.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; French or another European language is an asset.
