Key responsibilities include managing the setup of our Madrid office : premises, IT, communications, vendors, and service providers.
Ensure compliance with insurance, facility, and supply needs, maintain office procedures, databases, and day-to-day operations.
HR & People Support :
Organize onboarding for new employees, especially international hires.
Support recruitment and HR processes in collaboration with headquarters.
Facilitate IT / telecom setup and act as a link between management and employees.
Help build a collaborative, positive office culture through team events and routines.
Executive Support :
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for management.
Provide additional administrative and coordination support as needed.
