As an Associate Producer, you will work with a cross-functional development team, and be responsible for the delivery of high-quality features and services.
You are passionate about video games and, you have an understanding of game development and live operations. You have a strong focus on customers, with solid leadership and communication skills and some business understanding.
Upbeat, committed, and able to excel in a fast-paced setting.
You are the key person working closely with the Team Leadership, under the supervision of the Production Director, to deliver achievements on time and with high quality.
What you'll do
- Successfully completing the roadmap by collaborating with key team members throughout a live game’s life cycle
- Completing and being responsible for the development of multiple achievements
- Coordinating the day to day development and providing the necessary guidance and course correction as required
- Ensuring transparent and smooth communication with the Team Leadership
- Upholding and aligning with studio procedures, rules, and practices
Management
Facilitating the communication between the Product Owner and the TeamHelping the team to deliver, identifying and removing impedimentsBuilding and maintaining team velocity, health, motivation and trustEnsuring the proper balance between the Product Owner's requests and the Team Velocity / CommitmentDriving the Events : Backlog estimate, daily scrum, sprint planning, review and retrospectiveWorking closely with the Production Director to continually improve and document processes.Product & Quality
Supporting the Product Owner in refining and managing the product backlogDriving the development based on critical metrics, business value and players insightCoordinating and driving development, ensuring that the team stays aligned with the Product VisionManaging the Backlog, helping the Team to stay focused on the right priorities at the right timeCollaborating with the QA to ensure that the quality is managed at the highest standardsQualifications
Have worked on live operations of mobile applications and / or gamesSuccessful track record of delivering features adhering to outlined scope, budget, and timelines1+ years of mobile game production experience in full cycle development and or live operationsJira and Confluence user skillsExcellent analytical skills, logical thinking and creative problem solvingHard-working communication and interpersonal skillsProject Management Professional (PMP) and Scrum certification a plusPrior experience in Social casino development a plusProficiency in English, both spoken and writtenWhat we're looking for
