Job Description

The role :

You will be part of the Finance and Administration Department and work in accordance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and regulatory requirements.

You will perform a variety of general accounting tasks. You will provide financial information to the supervisor by researching and analyzing accounting data and preparing reports.

• Maintain solid, up-to-date knowledge of accounting principles, standard financial reporting, and general ledger structure.
• Record merchant invoices and account statements.
• Record supplier invoices and accruals.
• Record payroll and salaries, as well as related entries.
• Process accounting records for company transactions, both posted and unposted.
• Ensure the accuracy of each account’s records in the financial statements.
• Understand the use of automated files and dashboards.
• Reconcile account groups.
• Assist in the preparation of tax forms.
• Support the team in the periodic review and control of accounting records.
• Contribute to team efforts by achieving related results as needed.
