🎯 The opportunity

We are looking for a Data Consultant to join our platform team, focusing on client onboarding, first-level consulting, and knowledge sharing.

Key responsibilities :

Client & Platform Support :

  • Serve as first-level contact for platform users (business and IT).
  • Provide guidance, answer queries, and escalate technical issues when needed.
  • Use ticketing / incident management tools.
  • 70% user guidance, 30% technical support.

    • Onboarding & Training :

  • Conduct workshops and trainings to onboard teams into the platform.
  • Create documentation, FAQs, and internal guides.
  • Ensure compliance with data and documentation policies.

    • Reporting & Communication :

  • Track KPIs and onboarding progress (Excel, Power BI).
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (national & international).
  • Write articles for internal communications (Intranet, newsletters, etc.).

    • ✅ Key requirements :

  • University degree in Data & Analytics, IT, Engineering, Maths, Physics , or equivalent experience.
  • High English proficiency (C1) – essential for international communication.
  • Experience in agile methodologies (Jira, Confluence).
  • Familiarity with Azure environment .
  • Excellent communication, writing, and UX sensibilities.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and strategic skills.
  • Customer-oriented, disciplined, and reliable.
  • Intercultural skills and ability to work in a team.

    • Nice to have :

  • Experience creating trainings or content for users.
  • Knowledge of UX principles and user guidance.
  • Cross-functional project experience.
