This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of complex financial advisory, supporting clients through some of the most challenging and high-profile restructuring situations across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of financial restructuring transactions, including in- and out-of-court processes, distressed M&A, and special situations advisory.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including valuation, liquidity forecasting, capital structure modelling, and scenario planning.
• Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, and internal committee documents.
• Collaborate closely with senior bankers, legal advisors, and other stakeholders across jurisdictions.
• Participate in due diligence processes and contribute to strategic discussions with clients.
