Customer Service Expert

We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Service Expert. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our clients' needs are met.

Job Description

Taking incoming customer calls via telephone, email, voicemail, chats, or other automated alerts and resolving users' demands
Maintaining service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers

Required Skills and Qualifications

Proficient or bilingual in German plus an advanced level of English

Good disposition to work in a customer service environment

Customer care skills – ability to listen to and understand the customers' needs
