Key Responsibilities :
- Technical Expertise : Provide in-depth technical knowledge and support for Workday HR applications, driving best practices and innovative solutions.
- Implementation & Configuration : Collaborate with clients during the implementation phase, customizing the Workday platform to meet their unique HR needs.
- Client Engagement : Build strong relationships with stakeholders, understanding their requirements and translating them into effective technical solutions.
- Troubleshooting & Support : ️ Address and resolve technical issues, ensuring a seamless user experience and fostering client satisfaction.
- Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with the latest Workday releases and industry trends, proactively recommending enhancements and optimizations.

Proven experience in HR technology, particularly with Workday or similar platforms. ️Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a passion for collaboration. ️Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a degree in Occupational Health and Safety or Prevention is a plus.
Proven experience with HR technology platforms, particularly Workday, with a strong understanding of their functionalities.Proficiency in digital tools and analytics, with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making and process improvements.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for optimizing HR processes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Familiarity with HR compliance and regulatory frameworks is advantageous.Job Schedule
