Responsibilities
- Sales activity / Business development
Develop a medium and long-term sales strategy aimed at improving revenue growth within your scope.
Open and develop new commercial accounts.Prospect to identify and generate sales opportunities (cold calling, emailing, social selling, etc.).Prepare and lead sales meetings with potential new customers.Cultivate the extra mile spirit in all sales contact points.Participate in Market Intelligence activity by contributing to sectoral technological and competitive market analyses.Keep our CRM (Hubspot) and our financial / administrative processes up to date.Account ManagementDefine the key account management strategy to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue enhancement

Be the main point of contact to ensure the satisfaction of the consultants in your scopeWork closely with the HR team to develop a suitable and progressive career path.Operational management of multiple teams (Sales Ops and Recruitment)Monitoring key performance indicators for the business and recruitment.Steering the profit and loss of your scope managing your revenues and costs.What we are looking for
