We are hiring, on behalf of one of our clients in the technology sector, a Software Project Manager with solid experience in program and project management to join their international team.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of software programs, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and customer expectations are consistently met.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Line Managers and cross-functional teams including Design, Architecture, Testing, Quality, and Logistics.
  • Manage distributed and international teams, ensuring efficient communication and coordination.
  • Provide internal assessments of program proposals to Account Managers and senior stakeholders.
  • Engage with Engineering, Quality, Marketing, Test, and Portfolio Management during product releases to align with long-term product and business objectives.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a technical field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
  • 5–9 years’ experience in program / project management.
  • Strong technical background (software design, product engineering, or applications engineering).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, MS Project, and SAP.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
