Descripción del trabajoGrado en Marketing, Comunicación o similar (máster valorable). 5–8 años de experiencia en roles similares, preferiblemente en moda, lifestyle o entornos dinámicos. Conocimiento sólido del panorama mediático español y red de contactos en prensa e influencers. Fluidez en español e inglés. Habilidades en gestión de proyectos y coordinación. Estamos buscando un Communications & Digital Marketing Manager con perfil creativo, proactivo y orientado a resultados. Serás responsable de transformar la estrategia de marketing en acciones concretas en redes sociales y PR, trabajando mano a mano con equipos internos y agencias externas.
Tus responsabilidades :
- Diseñar e implementar la estrategia de redes sociales, impulsando nuevas iniciativas para aumentar alcance y engagement.
- Desarrollar un plan integral de influencers y colaboraciones VIP.
- Crear y gestionar contenido para todos los canales : redes sociales, web, eventos y activaciones.
- Coordinar agencias y creadores de contenido : briefing, supervisión y evaluación de resultados.
- Organizar y dirigir producciones fotográficas y audiovisuales.
- Definir e implementar el plan de PR y comunicación, gestionando relaciones con medios e influencers.
- Liderar acciones de posicionamiento en medios y apoyar eventos de alto perfil.
Qué buscamos :
experiencia con plataformas de gestión de contenido es un plus.
