Arquid S.L.P. is an architectural firm founded in Spain in 2003, with a significant international professional trajectory, opening offices in France, Germany, the UK, and Belgium. We serve private clients across residential, commercial, corporate, industrial, hotel, and cultural projects, offering comprehensive Architecture, Project Management, Design, and Consulting services. Arquid is part of GROUP IPS holding.

We are currently seeking an Architect / Interior Architect for our Madrid office.

As an employee of ARQUID, you will actively participate in a wide range of projects, from small improvements and renovations to large residential, retail, and office developments. You will collaborate with our team members to execute various projects.

Role Overview

As an Architect / Interior Architect, your responsibilities will include :

  • Designing and planning interior spaces for residential, retail, and office projects, tailored to client needs, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and space optimization.
  • Conducting feasibility studies and budget estimates, preparing and submitting construction applications, and handling administrative documents for smooth project progression.
  • Creating technical drawings, basic, and executive designs for both national and international projects, aligning with client requirements and project specifications.
  • Coordinating and supervising engineers, technicians, suppliers, and other professionals to ensure efficient collaboration, adherence to project timelines, and quality standards.
  • Conducting site visits to ensure compliance with plans and local specifications, ensuring construction follows design expectations and regulatory requirements.
  • Managing client presentations, project budgets, and planning, tracking expenses, controlling costs, and delivering projects on time while maintaining clear communication with clients.

Requirements

  • Degree or master's in architecture with a focus on Interior Design.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Fluency in English and French; German is a plus.
  • Experience in supervising hotel, residential, retail, and / or office projects.
  • Proven ability to coordinate with suppliers, clients, and project planning.
  • Experience developing projects through all phases.
  • Strong client-focused approach and ability to understand client needs.
  • Proficiency with CAD, 3ds Max, VRay, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% nationally and internationally.
  • Availability for a permanent contract.
