Overview

The European AP Operations Specialist position reports directly to the European AP Operations supervisors and Global Accounts Payable Operations and Master Data Manager at JBT SSC. The North America AP Operations Specialist position reports directly to the Global Accounts Payable Operations and Master Data Manager at JBT SSC.

The AP Operations specialist is responsible for assisting in invoice processing through AP Advantage, including entry of invoices, problem analysis and resolution. Important qualities for this position are focus on data accuracy, time management and efficiency, detail oriented as well as constructive collaboration with other departments, internal customers, and any other stakeholder. Timely delivery is key for full compliance with our Global Service Level Agreement. All activities under scope need to be executed under the strongest Internal Controls framework.
