Global Governance Lead

This role oversees the development and execution of a comprehensive corporate governance framework that fosters alignment between ethics, culture, and operational accountability across the organization.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with senior leaders, compliance teams, HR, and other key stakeholders globally to promote an ethical, compliant, and high-performance culture across all regions.

In this position, you will be responsible for defining and managing key governance metrics, conducting risk assessments, ensuring digital controls oversight, and implementing training and certification programs.

A strong understanding of governance models, enterprise ethics programs, risk assessment, and organizational culture dynamics is essential. Experience working with boards, C-suite, and high-level governance bodies is highly valued.

You will work in close partnership with the Chief Compliance Officer and other senior leaders to ensure that the company maintains a robust governance culture that aligns with its business objectives.
