Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a high-quality, scalable React Native application from the ground up.
• Act as the technical reference in React and React Native , guiding best practices and ensuring code excellence.
• Mentor and support junior and mid-level developers , fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend teams to define and deliver new features.
• Participate in architectural decisions and help shape the technical direction of the project.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tooling, and team performance.
• Prepare for a future growth path toward project leadership and management responsibilities .
