Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end relocation process for employees moving to international locations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees throughout the relocation or assignment process, addressing queries and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Provide guidance and support on payroll and compensation matters for managers and employees involved in international moves or assignments.
- Ensure adherence to immigration laws and regulations for international assignments.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external providers (e.g., immigration lawyers, tax consultants) to ensure high-quality service delivery and cost-effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date mobility data; generate reports and analyze trends to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and update global mobility policies aligned with company objectives, local regulations, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance the employee experience, and optimize the global mobility function.
Requirements
5 years as a Global Mobility Specialist or in a similar role, preferably within a multinational organization.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).Strong knowledge of global mobility practices, immigration laws, tax regulations, and international assignment policies.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels and across cultures.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.English level C1 or higher; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.Familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.Detail-oriented with compliance focus.Benefits
