Sploon is MVST’s new social media agency — we create content that makes brands unscrollable. With over 5 years of experience in building engaging digital identities, Sploon combines strategy, creativity, and data to turn followers into loyal communities.

We’re looking for a Junior Social Media Content Creator to join our growing team in Barcelona . This role is perfect for someone with 1–2 years of experience in social media content creation who wants to help shape a young agency , work with a diverse client portfolio, takes ownership of creative projects, and grow into a role with strong career development opportunities .

Role Overview

• Plan, design, and produce content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook & etc.)
• Develop creative ideas and visual concepts in line with brand guidelines
• Create high-quality visuals using Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Shoot and edit content using CapCut , phones, and cameras for Reels, Stories, and other formats
• Use social media planning tools like SocialPilot to schedule and manage content
• Explore and experiment with AI content creation tools like ChatGPT, DALL
• E, Midjourney, and Sora
• Stay up to date with trends and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table
• Collaborate closely with our strategy and design team to deliver engaging content

Ideal Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in social media content creation (agency or in-house)
• Graduated in media, communications, design, or a related field
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience with CapCut and social media management tools (e.g., SocialPilot)
• Strong photography and filming skills (bonus : experience with professional camera equipment)
• Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok formats and trends
• Interest in AI-assisted content creation
• Fluent English (Spanish or German is a plus)
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
