We are looking for a Team Leader who can establish more efficient practices, align functions and stakeholders, and support adoption to help scale up this innovative service-support model at an accelerated pace. You will create and encourage a positive and open work environment to improve quality of work life for the team members, celebrate collaboration initiatives among the cross functional teams and support learning and growth opportunities across all levels.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum qualifications

• College degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Meetings & Events, hospitality, or related industries.
• Fair business communication skills in English language, Polish or Spanish language is a plus.
