Lead Engineer

We are working with a client who is looking for a Lead Engineer. This person will take full ownership of designing, implementing, and managing the motor assembly line.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the planning, layout, and commissioning of the assembly line.

Work with R&D and product design to incorporate manufacturability into the design.

Select and integrate appropriate tools, jigs, fixtures, and automation solutions.

Develop and enforce quality control processes across the assembly line.

Qualifications :

5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, ideally in industries where products are built in-house (not outsourced).

Proven track record of setting up and scaling mass production assembly lines, from the ground up.

Experience with advanced and high-performance motors is essential.

Excellent project management skills and ability to deliver at speed.
