Responsibilities

Our team provides complimentary onboarding and optimization services to advertising agencies and direct advertisers who utilize Bing, one of the world’s largest search engine platforms, for their Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in helping these advertisers maximize their online advertising success through Microsoft Ads. For new advertisers, we provide platform introductions, education, and the confidence to effectively use the product. For existing advertisers, we focus on improving performance and driving increased investment. This role offers excellent growth opportunities, with continuous coaching by experts to ensure professional development.

Please note : To begin the recruitment process, you must be an EU citizen, hold a Schengen zone / EU passport, have a Greek residence permit (providing access to work), or possess a corresponding certificate of electronic submission (formerly known as “blue paper”).

Responsibilities :

• Proactively contact advertisers from provided leads to promote and sell our free service offerings.
• Analyze customer accounts and websites to identify areas for improvement and optimization, recommending feature enhancements based on client business objectives.
• Develop customized marketing strategies for client retention and reactivation.
• Conduct personalized onboarding and optimization consultations to enhance performance, revenue, customer loyalty, and satisfaction.
• Manage inbound email and telephone inquiries, primarily from advertisers requesting consultations
