About the job Digital Marketing Consultant (Dutch), Barcelona

Location : Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid)

Employment Type : Full-time (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday), Permanent Contract

If you're ready to advance your career in a dynamic environment, we invite you to apply for the role of Digital Marketing Consultant with a leading Outsourcing / BPO consultancy in Barcelona. In this role, you'll engage with Dutch companies and Digital Marketing & Online Advertising Agency Partners to deliver tailored advertising solutions, working with a diverse range of clients to achieve optimal results.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance relationships with client companies and agencies, offering performance-boosting suggestions and promoting additional Google products.
  • Provide strategic guidance to businesses and agencies, ensuring they achieve the best return on investment (ROI) for their advertising spend by working closely with them in a consultative role.
  • Meet assigned quotas while delivering exceptional customer service and sales experiences.
  • Proactively communicate with customers via phone, video conference, and email.

Requirements :

  • BA / BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, particularly in building and optimizing PPC campaigns.
  • 0-1 years of sales experience.
  • Familiarity with Google products such as Ads, AdSense, or YouTube.
  • Strong team player with leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passionate about marketing, technology, and online advertising, with a keen interest in continuous learning and development.
  • Four weeks of intensive training on Google Ads and specialized sales techniques.
  • Ongoing support from coaches dedicated to your personal and professional growth.
  • Established career path with opportunities for advancement within the project.
  • Continuous training and certification in Google products.
  • Participation in bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly contests.
