Location : Málaga, Spain (Hybrid)

Type : Full-time, Permanent Contract

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 09 : 00-18 : 00

Were looking for a motivated Norwegian-speaking Account Manager ready to step into the dynamic world of hospitality and customer excellence.

If youre fluent in Norwegian and English, naturally curious, and excited to work in an international team that values ambition and authenticity we want to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture client accounts across the hospitality industry.
  • Build strong relationships through proactive communication and follow-ups.
  • Identify new opportunities using CRM tools and convert them into results.
  • Support clients with hotel availability, bookings, meetings, and events.
  • Recommend tailored solutions and upsell where possible.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to meet and exceed performance goals.
  • Participate in sales initiatives, campaigns, and business development projects.

Qualifications

  • Are native or fluent in Norwegian, with advanced English.
  • Have excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Enjoy a fast-paced environment and working toward clear goals.
  • Are confident with digital tools (CRM systems, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Have a background or interest in sales or hospitality (a plus, not a must).
  • Love connecting with people and helping them find the right solutions.
