Overview
As a member of the Service Support team, your mission is to ensure the efficient execution of service operations by managing administrative, logistical, and planning activities. You support the Service department in Spain and across Southwest Europe (France, Portugal, Italy, Belgium, and North Africa), contributing to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Opening and tracking jobs in SPIRIT and SAP.
- Managing orders, quotes, approvals, and invoicing.
- Handling maintenance service contracts.
- Coordinating technicians and planning resources.
- Tracking shipments and repairs.
- Supporting team members and training newcomers.
- Analyzing workload and optimizing capacity.
- Communicating with customers and internal teams.
- Identifying bottlenecks and proposing improvements.
Key Interactions
Internal : Service technicians, operations managers, central workshops, labs, sales, finance, and other Atlas Copco centers.External : Direct customers, distributors, and certified service partners.Requirements
2–3 years of experience in administrative, commercial, or logistics roles.Familiarity with planning tools and ERP systems (SAP, SPIRIT).Strong organizational and data management skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office.Languages : Fluent Spanish and English; other languages are a plus.In return, we offer
