Job Description Our ideal candidate is someone who has at least 3 years of experience in the field, with a strong network and knowledge of the B2B market, particularly in the food industry, hospitality, logistics, property management, and facilities sectors. You should have a proven track record of success, including winning contracts and building a local team. Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential for this role.

Responsibilities Establishing and growing our business in Spain, starting from Madrid.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, positioning us as a trusted partner in the industry.

Recruiting, training, and managing a local team to ensure top-quality service and compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in pest control, desratización, desinsectación, desinfección, fumigación, or HACCP services.

Solid knowledge of the B2B market, particularly in the food industry, hospitality, logistics, property management, and facilities sectors.

Entrepreneurial mindset, able to win contracts and build a local team.

Fluency in Spanish and English.
