About the Role

- Manages employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire orientation and separation procedures.
- Certifies employees' qualifications and entitlements, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
- Develops and implements human resource plans, strategies, and initiatives that align with business objectives.
- Provides interpretation and guidance on HR policies and procedures, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.
- Supports expatriate assignments and related HR matters, facilitating cross-cultural understanding and collaboration.
