As a CRM Specialist & Customer Service, your mission is to be the heartbeat of our commercial operations, ensuring our clients and internal teams feel supported, informed, and empowered. You'll play a key role in delivering outstanding service, managing orders and data with precision, and driving CRM excellence to strengthen customer relationships and fuel business growth.
CRM Excellence & Digital Enablement
Act as Global Key User of our CRM system (Dynamics), supporting sales and customer service teams across regions.
Lead the implementation of the Customer Service module, ensuring it meets operational needs and improves user experience.
Participate in testing and launches (UATs), contributing ideas and feedback to enhance CRM functionality.
Maintain and update the CRM learning hub, ensuring teams have access to clear, useful training materials.
Promote CRM adoption internally and energize the CRM Ambassadors community to foster engagement and collaboration.
Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, marketing, and sales to align CRM workflows with business goals and drive process optimization.
Customer Service & Commercial Support
Be the backbone of our Order-to-Cash process, using SAP / Procis to manage orders, invoices, and customer data.
Coordinate with logistics and planning teams to ensure urgent orders are handled smoothly.
Maintain and update our customer database, track payments, and support pricing campaigns.
Monitor customer projects and manage non-conformities with care and efficiency.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service roles, preferably in industrial or production sectors.
Proven background in customer-facing operations, with a strong focus on Customer Experience (not marketing-related CRM).
High proficiency in SAP, especially in managing orders, invoicing, and customer data.
Mandatory experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, specifically in modules related to Customer Service.
Demonstrated ability to lead CRM module implementations, including active participation in User Acceptance Testing (UATs).
Strong skills in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Spanish is desirable.
Experience using ticketing systems to support internal users and resolve CRM-related issues.
Flexible start time and remote work 2 days / week (after 3 months and as long as the role is eligible for remote work).
