Overview

The IT Solutions Specialist role involves analyzing local technical products and coordinating with colleagues from other operating companies.

Responsibilities

Lead the integration of local solutions from other group companies within the department.
Manage the existing digital licensing application and its integrations with other group solutions.
Document processes to ensure that the applications under management align with global methodology and standards.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive solution implementation.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with vendors to resolve technical issues and improve product performance.

Requirements

Higher vocational training in a computer science-related field is required.

FinOps knowledge and experience would be highly valued.

Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Professional education in an IT-related field is necessary.

Familiarity with AWS and Azure environments is preferred.

Knowledge of CI / CD tools and software security practices (DevSecOps) is beneficial.

Some experience with unit testing and agile methodologies is a plus.

Intermediate level of English (both spoken and written), in addition to Spanish, is required.
