Descripción del trabajoDevelop and maintain robust web applications using Jira and Confluence for documentation and workflow management . Create efficient, reusable front-end components with a user-centric approach (if applicable). Design, optimize, and maintain project structures to ensure data integrity and performance. Collaborate with designers and other developers to deliver an intuitive and customer-oriented experience . Participate in Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and stakeholder alignment . Implement strategic product decisions based on user feedback and business needs . Stay current with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in product management and customer experience .

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building scalable, high-quality applications and is comfortable working across the entire stack. Spanish fluency is required as part of this role.
✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
- 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner (with banking or insurance experience)
- Strong proficiency with Jira for backend development and project management.
- Experience with one or more frontend frameworks (nice to have) .
- Solid knowledge of Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira) , and version control tools such as Git.
- Familiarity with product design and agile environments.
- Proven experience with customer-centric development and web services.
- Advanced proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Experience working with IT teams in the banking or insurance sector .
