At Rental Ninja, we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help vacation rental owners across Europe discover the power of our platform.
This is more than just a sales role—it’s an opportunity to educate, consult, and close deals with entrepreneurs who rely on our software to grow their businesses. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from inbound leads to demos, while collaborating with a talented team in a hybrid (Barcelona / remote) and flexible work environment.

What You’ll Do
- Drive Growth mainly in France and across Europe – Hit and exceed sales targets while expanding Rental Ninja’s presence in the France and European markets.
- Turn Leads into Success Stories – Use a consultative sales approach to convert high-quality inbound leads into happy, long-term customers.
- Be a Trusted Advisor – Engage with vacation rental owners exploring Rental Ninja, understand their unique needs, and show them how our platform can transform their business.
- Deliver Impactful Demos – Showcase Rental Ninja’s value through compelling online demos that highlight the perfect fit for each customer.
- Seal the Deal – Guide prospects through the decision-making process and close deals with confidence.
- Be the Voice of Rental Ninja – Handle live chats and incoming calls, providing top-tier service as the first point of contact.
- Ensure Seamless Onboarding – Collaborate with the onboarding team to set new customers up for success from day one.
- Shape the Future of Sales – Play a key role in refining our sales strategy, sharing insights, and contributing to the team’s growth.
- Influence Innovation – Gather customer feedback and market trends to help shape Rentals Ninja’s product and marketing direction.
What You Bring
Bilingual Communication – professional-level in French and English are a must. Spanish is a big plus. Catalan, or additional languages?
