We’re European Sales Group , a fast-growing French-founded company based in Barcelona, specialising in outsourced B2B sales. In just 18 months, we’ve built a team of 30+ talented professionals, opened two offices, and expanded into multiple markets — and we’re only getting started.

We’re now on the hunt for our next sales superstar to join the adventure and make a real impact from day one.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be the voice and driving force for our clients — booking high-quality meetings, generating leads, and accelerating their growth. Your day-to-day will include :

  • Prospecting decision-makers (C‐suite, senior execs, department heads) — with a strong focus on cold calling
  • Creating that crucial first contact with prospects and converting them into qualified opportunities
  • Tailoring your pitch and outreach based on live feedback from the market
  • Partnering closely with our SalesOps team to sharpen your approach using cutting-edge tools
  • Owning client relationships : hosting weekly check-ins, sharing results, prepping future meetings, and refining strategy
  • Managing your pipeline with precision so you always have a clear picture of upcoming deals
  • Celebrating team wins — because success is even better when it’s shared
