Overview

Job Opportunity : Dutch-Speaking Back Office Agent (On-Site in North West Germany)

Location : North West Germany (near Dortmund and Düsseldorf)

Start Date : As soon as possible

Relocation Support : 2 months accommodation + up to 250 euro travel reimbursement

Signing Bonus : 3,000 euro (1,500 after 3 months + 1,500 after 6 months)

Note : This is not a content moderation role. You will work as an AI evaluator , creating and reviewing written prompts and conversation flows that help improve advanced speech-based systems.

Responsibilities

We are looking for native or fluent Dutch speakers with a bachelor’s degree to join our team working with new AI technologies.

Requirements

Native / fluent Dutch + good English (B2 level)

Bachelor’s degree (required)

Valid work permit for Germany or EU passport

Strong writing and analytical skills

Comfortable working on-site with different types of content
