Our vision is to build a multi-business platform within the world of tennis, combining a range of synergetic activities including the organisation of top-tier ATP, WTA and ITF tournaments in Europe and South America, management & representation of top professional players & young talent, and selected consulting engagements with different industry stakeholders.Business AssociateAt Tennium we are looking for an experienced, proactive and talented Business Associate who is eager to grow and make a real impact. You will join to our Business team to work on strategic projects, business developments and overall tournament project management and key activities definition and execution. An interest in the world of sport is essential — and if you’re a tennis fan, even better!ABOUT THE ROLEDevelop market research and business analysis : lead specific analysis and draws insight and recommendations from it and assessment on different projectsSupport partners in the definition and strategy of new business opportunities or existing tournaments or projectsInterpret, evaluate and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analysis and projections for incorporation into strategic decision analysisWork on specific consulting projects (internal and external)Manage specific content in certain areas of the event (pricing plan, budgeting, marketing plan...)Can be involved in supporting specific areas in events / activities including project management and coordination activitiesAttend external client / project meetings with partnersWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORBachelor’s in business administration or similar2+ years of experience of consulting experience or working in the sports and events business.Exceptional knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point)Excellent verbal and written Spanish and English required.Enthusiastic, proactive, positive and full of energy.Flexible to accommodate urgent requests and to work even at irregular hours including possible overtime and weekends as per event requirements.Excellent planning, time management, organization and presentation skills.Able to understand urgencies and priorities.Outstanding attention to detail and proven problem-solving ability.Able to manage stress and operate under intense event environments and requirements.Good team player but also able to work independently on specific workstreams.Availability to travel.Discretion and confidentialityWHAT WE OFFERPermanent contractInternational work environmentTravel insuranceBeing part of the most prestigious tennis tournaments in EuropeOpportunities for growth within the companyDynamic and collaborative work environment
