Job Title : Senior SAP Production Planning (PP) Consultant

Location : Hybrid – Madrid, León, or Guadalajara, Spain

Are you an experienced SAP Production Planning (SAP PP) professional ready to play a key role in a major SAP S4 transformation? Our client, a leading global pharmaceutical company headquartered in Madrid, is moving from ECC to S / 4HANA and they’re seeking a Senior SAP Production Planning Expert (SAP PP) to shape and deliver this critical transformation across the manufacturing area of the business.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Act as the subject matter expert for SAP PP with strong configuration in BOMs, routings, work centres, production versions, MRP, capacity planning, and production orders.
  • Lead and support configuration, implementation, and ongoing support activities within SAP PP in S / 4HANA.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM / QM / PM / EWM / SD) to ensure a seamless ECC to S / 4HANA transition.
  • Participate in full lifecycle phases from requirements and design through testing, cutover, go-live, and hyper care.
  • Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to internal teams relating to SAP PP, driving best practices and process optimisation on shop-floor and planning master data.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of hands-on SAP PP experience with proven expertise in MRP, production orders, routings / BOMs, work centers, and capacity planning
  • Proficiency in SAP PP configuration and implementation including S / 4HANA (conversion or green / brownfield) and strong process integration with MM / QM / PM / EWM.
  • Demonstrated experience in multiple full lifecycle SAP Production Planning (PP) implementations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
